What is the STN Support Portal?
The STN Support Portal allows you to access our Help Articles, FAQs, and if you need, open tickets with our Support Team.
When you register with STN, an account for our Support Portal is automatically created. Your Support Portal account lets you see help articles and open tickets with our support team.
Logging in to the Support Portal
In order to log in for the first time, you'll need to reset your Support Portal Password.
Once you've set your password for the first time, keep it safe, you'll need it to log in to your account moving forward.
You can log in by clicking the Sign In button on the top right corner of the Support Portal.
If you are not logged in you will not be able to access most help articles and you will not be able to open tickets.
