A support portal account was created for you automatically when you registered for STN.
If this is your first time visiting the Support Portal please reset your password so you can login.
visit http://resetsupport.stnvideo.com/ to reset your password. Once you've reset your password, keep it safe, you'll need it to sign into the Support Portal, see all help articles, and open tickets.
Click the sign in button on the top right of the Support Portal and then you can log in with your email address and password.
